When i asked for checking in the hotel they denied for stay and asking 400 rs extra otherwise no provide room after some talk they provide and ok service not fabulous

Hotel staff ka behaviour bahut hi rude tha. Mmt ke booking amount ke alawa 1200 rs or lye gaye tab stay karwaya gaya. Argument karne par jabab mila ki rooms hi available nahi h aap costomer care se contect kar ke dusra hotel allot karwa lijiye ya fir extra payment dijiye. Bahut thaka hua hone ke bajah se mujhe extra payment hi den i padi. So i request to mm t ki aap es e hotels ki booking na de jisse constomer pareshan ho. Because isme trust mm t par khatam hot a hai.

No proper room service, unhygienic condition of bed and bathroom, rude behaviour, didn't provide hot or cold water, no mineral water, no elevator(although it was mentioned while i was booking my trip, will never suggest this hotel to anyone

soloNo covid protocol follows, poor higiene, very bad bathroom, bed sheet and pillow covers are very dirty, i will never suggest this hotel for staying.
