I had trouble finding the hotel’s location because it was situated inside a narrow lane, while they had pinned the location on the main road. The room was not clean, the toilet was in poor condition, there was no blanket to use, and they couldn’t even provide drinking water on time. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel — 0 stars in all categories.
