The reception guy quoted me taj group rate for his property. He noticed that I am booking online so he stocked out it from MMT. Other guy somehow convinced us to book ,so we proceeded. Coming to Service, No glass, No mineral water despite mentioning it in the amenities, No hot water, breakfast served very slow, no towels, No glasses...I don't know what I paid for.Staff was not co-operative, rather rude quite a few times. I had to call multiple times for same basic things again and agian . Please don't waste your hard earned money and precious time on this hotel. This is not the last hotel Gwalior.
