Rooms were nice but a few basic amenities were missing like toilet paper etc. floor was a bit noisy as there were many rooms where people were openly smoking and playing loud music. Breakfast was below standard for the prices.

Average Stay
rooms are good but room service is avrage 1. there is no hot water reason boiler is not working 2. wet towels - reason rainy seaon 3. we have given 303 room on third floor just below kichen - over night there was noise due to cleaning tutensils in kichen distrubt sleep at 3 am - so request to shift room at first floor to avoid noise truble 4. food cost is exhosbident- we didn't order food 5. cleaness is avrage 6. not a good choise to stay towards value for money

No Hot Water. No outside food despite MMT rules mentions that Swiggy and Z
They don't provide hot water in the room. Only 1 bucket they can provide only in the morning. I don't know how a so-called 3-star hotel doesn't provide hot water in the bathroom. Also, as per the Hotel Policy given on the booking, it clearly says "Food Delivery available from Swiggy and Zomato," but they don't allow the outside food inside the hotel. So maybe we are supposed to get the delivery and eat outside standing in front of the hotel. Just a lizard in my bathroom and a couple of cockroaches on my bed. Staff behavior is good and supportive.

it was good stay there...no excellent...but not bad.. food was also okay. room was good and hygiene was also good...food was average.

One day trip to
The property is conveniently located on Morena Road. It has open parking space for about 12-15 cars. We stayed in the Executive Room. The check-in process was quick. We were able to move into our room within 10 minutes of reaching the hotel. The room was spacious. Cleanliness was of high standard. Linen and towels were spotless. All the staff were very cordial, cooperative and prompt. Room service was also very prompt. The only concern was the price of the food. The prices are on a very higher side.

Overall Good experience.
The room was good. Terrace restaurant is also good however food items in the menu can be increased.

In my experience best hotel in gwalior. Staff was cooperative, full hygiene maintained in every corner of hotel. Rooftop eating area with tasty food and gwalior fort view. I totally amazed with the hotel. Must try hotel.

most pathetic stay ever as we were served with dirty bed sheets there was no hot water in the room and when we asked for same we got zero response.. also the response of hotel staff was very very bad.
