The property is conveniently located on Morena Road. It has open parking space for about 12-15 cars. We stayed in the Executive Room. The check-in process was quick. We were able to move into our room within 10 minutes of reaching the Hotel the Crystal Park - 500m from ISBT Bus Stand. The room was spacious. Cleanliness was of high standard. Linen and towels were spotless. All the staff were very cordial, cooperative and prompt. Room service was also very prompt. The only concern was the price of the food. The prices are on a very higher side.
