the hotel and staff were just average there were some issues about the hot water related in bathroom and I am not satisfied

Stayed for one night. The Hotel seems to be close to Railway station and hence noice is inevitable. The approach road is so narrow hardly one vehicle can enter with great difficulty. If you are reaching with heavy luggage and on a 4 wheeler be prepared. The approach entrance was very dirty with slush and Mud it was difficult to walk without soiling your footwear or clothes. Elevator was not functioning so if you're booked in upper floor with luggage you are dependent on their service, which was available. Complementary breakfast was basic with any one dish with hot beverage of your choice. Dining is only possible in room. Washroom hygiene was below average. Hot water facility non existent. So if you visiting in winters carry your own dip water heater.

Location and facilities were very good, i had break fast there it was too good

The location is perfect for visitors. Service staff is fine and only issue is the cleanliness. Overall experience is good

It is not worth 200. It’s a Dharamshala and pictures and ratings of this hotels are highly misleading.

It is not all worth the price. The quality of construction and furniture makes it feels like a dharamshala. And there are not any services. It’s not with >1000 for which i booked it for. There were insects on the bed, lift was sparsely functional and no proper eating area. People were decent though, nothing against them.

Name of a deluxe room, they are giving a 3rd class room. No soap no drinking water and 1500 rs for a room.

Close to railway station, but not up to the expectations compared to price. But, staff is really cooperative and food is good.

Located near the railway station. Booked 6 rooms for a two night stay. Checking in was too smooth as the staff are really good. No complaints against the room service. Found a room on the first floor which needs some maintenance. Over all it was a pleasant stay

Very very worst stay. Very dirty room. Dirty bed, bedsheet is torn, also pi-lo cover damaged. Spitting spot every where. Very bad smell in room. Very very terrible stay

Overall nice hotel to stay. Manager is very co operative guy. He is looking everything myself. If any any guest has any problem suddenly he solving

After two days now i am feeling good in this hotel. Manager is very co operative person when he knew my problem within 5min he solved my room problem. Nice and clean room. Wifi is also working fine for work. Always manager is asking if anything needed to me. After discuss with manager i extend my chek in long time for work. Breakfast is good.

Don't start here very worst hotel in india. This hotel only for couple. They are coming for a day and leave neither water available not clean every where first are available. Room also very bad condition. They will not provide proper towel if you ask for anything they will provide first thing only

The staying was good although there are holes in the bedsheet and pillow cover.

Bad matters not good quality and room service very slow lift properly not working ac good condition

Hotel is good near station, all services like room service for food and cleaning is also good all staff is cooperative. But whenever u order any food or tea its cost already added with service tax.

Had worst experience with this hotel. Booked ac room but ac was not working. Even fan was working with minimum speed with 39 degree outside. When enquired about ac, hotel staff replied very rudely. I would rather suggest to stay on station instead of wasting money here.

Very bad conditions. Ac not working, room condition is very poor, staff is not responding properly, reception staff behavior is worst, bed condition is bad.

Nice staff. Comfortable stay. Near to railway station. All is well.
