not good will not suggest to anyone. it was disaster, 5 waiters sta ending but doesn't feel like to serve the guest

best and over all good staff good rooms and best and over all good staff good rooms and We are always coming to Gwalior in future so we will stay in this hotel

Cast wise rooms were not very good all facilities has been provided on demand only hot water facilities not there in bathroom bed sheets not very clean tv not running pbx not working well

The staff was very supportive. And the service was also Excellent , The room was also very clean . Overall experience is very good 💯

Washroom is very terrible. No hoy water. No shower working. There are bad smells in rooms. Hot water is not there

I needed a place close to highway while commuting from indore to dehradun. The location of hotel was perfect. I had dinner and breakfast which was of my taste and liking. Cleanliness was not upto the mark but staff attended to it to change. Car park was available.

The hotel was booked for the sole purpose of a night halt. I was travelling to Hyderabad via Road (driving through). Chose this hotel based on the reviews on Google and other places. But it was not as good as advertised. The check in was good and smooth. But the facilities at the hotel was not up-to the mark. No warm water in the taps. The main tap had no water running through it. The toilets smelled adversely foul and bad. Just lived through the night. The only good thing the hotel did was to reverse the payment for the horrible soup that we ordered and instantly regretted it. We asked if they served non veg as the menu elaborated many non veg dishes but then the staff taking the order has a very bad attitude towards us. All in all a sad experience.

The hotel is outside the city. staff is courteous and helpful. it's a basic hotel, a bit high on price though.
