Worst Experience, They mention in their policy on makemytrip that a guest over 18 is allowed. But when they are approached with a guest they say you have paid only for a single person from next time you will have to pay for double. Room service was not responding 😒

Poor service, AC not working, bathroom & bath were equipment failed,

Room was not properly clean and bathroom was very untidy. Break fast was not up to the mark.

I like the ambiance and lunch dinner are good enough to make you day, but where i am staying the rooms bathroom is little bit problematic, where flush is not working properly doesn't flush properly. But the service are good and i like the services how staffs works

No water bottle no tea cattle no towel in shower no soap no handwash just a empathy badroom.

Facilities like bathroom consumables not available, and geyser also not available, cleaning was bad, blanket cover is cut in many place, so disappointed

Our experience was worst. Everything there was in poor condition. Hotel was untidy. Bedsheet, pillow cover, bathroom were in horrible situation. Bedsheet had lots of stains and it was torn. Pathetic place to go with family. It was quite shady place. No water supply in morning due to which we got delay for trip. Non cooperative staff. This place is not for family visit.

It’s ok but good is inside the city. Can be more clean and more better. Do your own de deligence. Over all lovely experience.

it was very bad worst ever. people randomly can come and knock to your door and interrupts privacy.

There is no hot water available in room we have to order hot water, than they provide it in bucket. Never recommended. Even food quality is also poor

Worst hotel ever, very dirty room, smelling all over. Pathetic room service. Charged complimentary food but didnt serve. Never ever came again to this hotel. It is beet-er to stay as guest house then coming to this deserted hotel

Rooms are not cleaned, no hot water service in room. They are providing hot water in bucket. Also no parking facility as mentioned. Car have to park on road.

Room were quite good and good accomodation, no problem faced, overall it was a good experience, i prefer staying here

Apart from location, everything is good and staff is also very helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean. I like the food also. Railway station are nearby. Very safe and secure place.
