Hotel Ambience

The hotel staff seemed unprofessional and the overall service was quite slow. Basic amenities need significant improvement, as they do not meet the standards for the price charged. The food was just average and nothing exceptional. Additionally, the hotel is not budget-friendly — the rates are higher than expected for the quality and services provided. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost.

Hot water supply in washroom is not proper and it is there only for 2 hours in the morning. Rest whole day u don't get even warm water. Only cold water in taps

good experience , working staff is supportive but noise came from AC ( air conditioning ) extremely convenient for travels

Good location with all amenities, food is also good , limited space for parking, neat and clean rooms.

Good experience to stays there and I have stayed in the same hotel every time, whenever I visit to Gwalior and every time I feel more comfortable and relaxed during my stay over there. Staff is very supportive and helpful.

The hotel's room is very spacious and staffs are very supportive,very near to gwalior railway station

Very poor house keeping. Not clean enough, no hot water. Very slow and poor response, till the time did not get anger did not turned back and not even pick the call which is provided for house keeping.

Overall experience was good but the AC was working and even after complaing repeatedly the issue was not resolved.They knew before hand that the AC was not functional but still choose to give us the same room quite disappointed

washroom was not clean properly.. fridge was not there .. jet was not working in washroom and staff has trying to be oversmart giving wrong room cheap as I have booked executive deluxe

Comfortable place close to railway station.Tasty breakfast,maybe that they can maintain hygiene better way.

The hotel was good and provided a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The facilities were decent and met the basic expectations.

Although a proper bed was available for the third guest, we were only provided with a mattress on the floor. The room lights were also flickering, which was quite disturbing. Even after requesting, no water bottle was delivered. Additionally, due to the hotel’s close proximity to the station, the constant noise of trains made the stay uncomfortable

The room is just decent. A strange foul smell comes from the bed. Not very much clean. The food services are terrible !!! They literally took 1hr+ just to serve a poha and tea in breakfast !! Thats way too much. Staff is not very much cooperative. They are just like "SORRY SIR" nothing else!!! I specially told them to call their manager because of the breakfast issue...and they didnt make the things till my checkout. They should learn some basic sense.

Room is very Spacious, Staff is cooperative and Overall Experience is Excellent. One of the Best Advantage of this Hotel is its location.
