Review Of Hotel Horizon Plaza

Everything was ok,but there is a big difference between the size of rooms shown in the app & rooms in reality,also lack of facilities specially no bathtub was there.

Stay was excellent with good location of the hotel and ambience .Hospitality was good .Overall good experience

I booked 2 rooms , the rooms stinked with smoking smell , AC was set at 20 with no remote , no ventilation in room or bathroom , flush didn't work in both rooms

Location seems like the best to visit all the main places of gwalior. Everything is in max 5km vicinity of the hotel location. Service was good. Food (dinner) was little oily but good. Breakfast was also good. Had a good time there.

All pictures are probably 10 years old. Property is in bad shape. Dirty towels, lenin. Filthy washrooms, utterly pathetic rooms. Images are completely misguiding. Service is bad, food and cutlery both smell bad. Disgusting property. Do not book at any cost.
