I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bedsheets looked used. The washroom was unhygienic with a foul smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Despite complaining at the reception, the staff was unhelpful and careless. The service was extremely slow, and even basic requests like drinking water and toiletries were ignored or delayed. The food was below average and not worth the price charged. Overall, the hotel management needs to improve cleanliness, staff behavior, and service quality. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
