Poor Stay
I booked Hotel for one night but stayed for around 2-3 hours . The property and overall cleanliness were fine, but the room facilities were disappointing. The bedsheet was not clean, and there were no napkins, towels, or tissues provided. In addition, the room did not have a hair dryer, which made the stay less comfortable. Basic amenities like clean linen and essential supplies are expected in any hotel room, so I hope these issues will be improved for future guests.

It's nothing like shown in pictures, small rooms, no hygiene, no cleaning, dirty linens, dirty floors, worse room service, housekeeping is useless. They don't care about customers and don't give what they show

its a good place to stay very good location .some small things to add . i think renovation work in progress at that time so they will short out these things over all good experience.

Mk vivanta gwalior not a good choice.
Mk vivanta gwalior service is below average. There are leakage in bathroom. No soap, dental or shaving kit provided. Only good thing was that rooms are spacious but, no heater in room in january month.

My stay was amazing at hotel mk vivanta, gwalior. The room was so good looking and clean, the bed bathroom table and all the furniture was amazing. Looking forward to staying at it again.

Average i would say because property are not clean, service issues and only one day stay but hotel management charged for 2 days i also spoke to make my trip call centre to cancel one day i already checked out before 11 am.

There was poor service in this hotel i paid 2700 rupees but the room was not proper clean and given towel in bathroom was dirty and landline number was not active the services was not as per luxury room.
