The management of the hut maintains excellent maintenance. Visitors' chek-in and returns procedures are easy and reassuring. Staying at the hut is hassle-free. Restaurant are also readily available.

Location is good

Service was extremely poor , washroom was smelly ,wateroutlet were rusted and non functional , bed sheets were used and stained as well as smelly

rooms were in poor condition and washroom was disgusting , smelly and diry blankets and bed sheets were smelly and used

Location is at the busy street right close to railway station but the hotel is age old building with much older furniture. Fungus on walls and furniture. Stinky smelling rooms and corridors. Dirty linens. I could not even stay for 5 minutes. I immediately asked them change my room and they did promptly offer me to couple other options. But others rooms were equally terrible. So I decided to step out immediately without evening worrying if I would get my refund or not. Because i can’t put my family in such a terrible hotel even for few minutes.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was far below expectations – it did not feel clean, and the overall condition of the space made it very uncomfortable. The amenities were either broken or poorly maintained, and the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. On top of that, the staff seemed unresponsive to complaints, which added to the frustration. For the price I paid, I definitely expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

very bad smelling roooms , filled with mosquitos and rat, staff is rude don't even provide drinking water , I booked breakfast but hotel didn't provide me the breakfast. upon complain with customer care they didn't help and put everything on the hotel 500rs was charged for breakfast but I didn't even get tea.

As someone traveling alone I did not need a big room. This was perfect size with everything I needed for my stay.

Overall the stay was good. Hotel was some kind of maintenance however staff tried their best to assist us. Overall score 7/10
