Poor Stay
Rooms were dirty even washroom was so dirty, unpleasant smell in the room bedsheets were dirty staff was ok but overall room wasnt worth paying bad experience

Terrible Stay
Property is far from city centre and was infested with rats. I had to change room but in that room also there was a rat. Food quality is pathetic and breakfast spread was poor. Upkeep of hotel is in poor state ans ac tv was not in good order. Even washroom was not in good condition. Overall a terrible experience

I have book suite room but hotel provide deluxe room i ask hotel to refund difference amount but they refused i also complained mmt toll free number but no response till date i have complained your representative mr shivam and mr mayank but they not resolve my problem

hamne booking sweet room ki thi par humko sweet room ki jagah normal room diya or lagega bhi humko le Jana pada bo bolte hai ki hamare pas koi banda nahi hai lagega ke lie bakwas sarvish night m hum log 1.30 hours pareshan huye kahi ja ke normal room diya tha or humko payment bhi refund nahi diya

The Gwalior visit
It's value for money.. Located at prime place ..Food is good..Nearby sweet shop is extra bonus. Staff is courteous and friendly.

Worst experience ever with mm t
At the time of check in, after attending a wedding late night the person told me that we dont have rooms but i ll mange something for you! he opened 2 rooms which were stinking and were not been used for months i presume! toilets are dirty, i asked them to change the sheets so i could at-least sleep, whole night i couldn’t aleep as the room was full of dust and i got allergies s well! tv not working !door lock is broken ! everything is a mess, mattress is broken ! nothing right about this room but i had to manage somhehow!

Good food average stay.
The hotel is okish. Its o nthe main road so but busy at night. The restaurant manager mr pandey was very good, showed excellent hospitality. Food was tasty and good quantity.

Terrible Stay
Stay at hotel prabhu international was very pathetic. Rooms were having bad smell and even linen were not clean and having marks and spots which i asked to replace immediately. Quality of food is worst and very degraded. Washrooms were also not clean.

familyThe room and hotel reception was having very bad smell. When i informed the reception, receptionist said smell will be there in all rooms. The room was not clean, bed sheet and blanket was dirty.

Terrible Stay
I’m currently staying at prabhu international in gwalior, and my experience has been quite frustrating. The room itself is okay, but there’s an unpleasant smell in both the room and the bathroom. Additionally, the wi-fi is not working, which is really inconvenient for my work. The air conditioning also isn’t cooling properly, making it difficult to sleep at night. As i have to leave for some important commitments, this situation is quite exhausting. I hope the management addresses these issues soon, as the hotel has potential, but right now it’s not living up to expectations.

Pathetic hotel, not maintained properly.
Pathetic hotel. Dirty bathrooms, smelly damp rooms, non working acs and remotes, non working tv remotes. Breakfast was sub standard too. Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights have to cancel booking after 1 night and stayed in another hotel. Overall no focus on maintenance of hotel. Better avoid.

soloRoom size was ok but they didnt provide towel and toiletries. Used toiletries were still in bathroom and amenities were too old and outdated. Housekeeping and kitchen services were too slow to respond. Had to call more than 10 times. To be honest for a price of approx 3k, the room and services were below par. The only service i liked was by the services provided by waiter during breakfast.
