They were not able to provide a restaurant facility. They were not able even to Start TV which was not working even though the complaint was done.

Nothing in the room was working
The TV in the room was just for show, it was not working. Basic amenities like water bottle and water kettle was not kept. AC too was a headache, since remote was not working and AC too was not cooling.

I was being provided with subclass room which was not expected as i have paid full amount well in advance. On request, i was provide another room on 2nd day. Roome was clean and well maintained.
