Worst Experience Ever.
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. My wife and I arrived for check-in and provided our valid government-issued ID cards.
We clearly mentioned we are married. Despite this, the staff insisted on seeing our marriage invitation card. Seriously? It's been over 8 months since our wedding-who carries a wedding card after that long?
To help clarify, I even showed a photo from our wedding, but they refused to accept it. After wasting more time, the person at the desk said that if I sent the marriage photo, only then they would allow check-in. What kind of absurd policy is this?
This was ridiculous, intrusive, and made us feel deeply uncomfortable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Totally unprofessional and regressive attitude.
