Terrible Stay
Worst Experience Ever. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. My wife and I arrived for check-in and provided our valid government-issued ID cards. We clearly mentioned we are married. Despite this, the staff insisted on seeing our marriage invitation card. Seriously? It's been over 8 months since our wedding-who carries a wedding card after that long? To help clarify, I even showed a photo from our wedding, but they refused to accept it. After wasting more time, the person at the desk said that if I sent the marriage photo, only then they would allow check-in. What kind of absurd policy is this? This was ridiculous, intrusive, and made us feel deeply uncomfortable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Totally unprofessional and regressive attitude.

Poor Stay
Room was fine but no hot water for bathing, food was not good due to which suffering indigestion although charged rs 289 for normal thali.

Good Stay
Very good hotel. Only some maintenance issues in the bathroom Staff was cooperative. The food at the inhouse restaurant was also good. Just outside the platform no. 1 across the main road. i reached myself by walk in 10 mts.

familyI stayed for two days. the worst stay in my life. every person in the hotel acts like a gunda . very poor service. Most unhygienic place to stay. It stinks all around. got food poisoning after having lunch there.

Average Stay
Our experience while staying in the hotel was mixed. The positives were as follows 1) the rooms were reasonably good and spacious with clean bedsheets and quilts. Well lit. 2) the veg food was good and tasty negatives 1) room service was poor 2) frequent omissions in providing basic facilities like toiletries, water, tea bags, towels etc 3) entrance to the hotel is narrow and scarcely visible 4) inebriated guests shouting in the middle of the night 5) overall not a very satisfying experience

Average Stay
Well, i'm aware that's it's wedding season and therefore, the hotels are fully booked, but this hotel seems to be made for a stay of 1 day or shorter. The room is not made daily, there is no internet access (no wifi or cabled internet) and the rooms are rather small. No hairdryer is provided and warm water is just available after 7. 00. For me was also unfortunate that the breakfast started after 8. 00, which was late since i had to go to work at this time. The surrounding was naturally rather loud which is actually no surprise so close by the train station. The positive thing was that the staff was nice and helpful.
