Terrible Stay
the staff at this hotel is extremely arrogant. The booking explicitly included breakfast, yet after being served food and sitting at the table, they claimed I hadn’t opted for it. When I escalated the issue to reception, they said, 'Yes, sir, it was included. I’ll update the system,' while the receptionist was not even polite. It’s disappointing that the front desk couldn’t match the professionalism of the receptionist. This feels like a very , local hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it for professionals.

Excellent Stay
Hi Hotel room is good and worth it. But it will b nice to mmt if com.brk fast also provided in same price. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Helpful. Nice people. In hotel small temple is there. Outside restaurants r so close.

Excellent Stay
Great location। near the railway station, all food junctions are nearby. This hotel is just next to a shopping mall. Very clean, helpful staff and it also has a restaurant, but that is veg.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unfair Treatment
I booked this hotel through MMT, but my experience was very disappointing. When I reached the hotel, the staff refused to provide early check-in just because I booked online. Surprisingly, many customers who came after me and booked offline were given rooms immediately. When I asked the reason, the staff said I could get an early check-in only if I paid extra. I had to wait for more than 5 hours before getting my room. Even after check-in, basic amenities were missing – there were no towels in the room. When I asked for towels, they said to wait as they didn’t have any available at that moment. It took another 2 hours before I finally got them. Overall, the service was unprofessional and biased towards offline customers. Not recommended for online bookers.

It was overall a good experience there staff were good . Ambiance was also good along with the behaviour of the staff. Room was also worth of money. It is a prime location and we had great stay there for 2 days

Terrible Stay
Worst Experience Ever. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. My wife and I arrived for check-in and provided our valid government-issued ID cards. We clearly mentioned we are married. Despite this, the staff insisted on seeing our marriage invitation card. Seriously? It's been over 8 months since our wedding-who carries a wedding card after that long? To help clarify, I even showed a photo from our wedding, but they refused to accept it. After wasting more time, the person at the desk said that if I sent the marriage photo, only then they would allow check-in. What kind of absurd policy is this? This was ridiculous, intrusive, and made us feel deeply uncomfortable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Totally unprofessional and regressive attitude.

Poor Stay
Room was fine but no hot water for bathing, food was not good due to which suffering indigestion although charged rs 289 for normal thali.

Good Stay
Very good hotel. Only some maintenance issues in the bathroom Staff was cooperative. The food at the inhouse restaurant was also good. Just outside the platform no. 1 across the main road. i reached myself by walk in 10 mts.
