I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, located Unfortunately, the experience was subpar due to several issues that I would like to bring to your attention. The hotel's ambiance felt eerie and unsettling. Moreover, there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, which seemed to be caused by moisture issues. The lack of adequate storage space for clothing was also a significant inconvenience.

Poor Stay
It was the most bad experience I have ever had in my life , The rooms were so cheap and Smelly , The washroom was Horrible , No Service Was Provided , The Staff boy was very Poor, Don't have any sense to talk.

Very terrible experience as stains on bed sheet was visible Bathroom's drain was clogged Room was smelling I Didn't get the option to cancel the order and get a refund otherwise I won't be staying there

Terrible Stay
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The room felt very suffocating and poorly ventilated — it was small, cramped, and nothing like the photos. It felt congested and uncomfortable throughout the stay. Not recommended if you're looking for a relaxing or spacious environment

Value for money
soloThe single bed room was well designed with all amenities. Room service and breakfast available. One problem is that the area gets very crowded in the evening and there is no parking available in the day.

Not a vacation hotel
familyWe stayed for 4 nights, rooms were ultra small and damp, bathrooms were smelly, rooms remained uncleaned for all days. Staff is good to talk to but work-wise very unprofessional. Even the tvs in the room were non functional till we called them. The blankets were stained, had to avoid using them. Do not trust the pictures posted there.

Good stay
Rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom is small but okay. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Right in the market so it's easy to take autos and find eateries. Safe for women travellers as it has cctv, security and staff makes sure to feel you safe.
