I had an excellent stay in Hotel Narayanam. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very close to the railway station. Next time if I come to Gwalior will choose the same hotel.

Terrible Stay
The AC was non-functional. Asked for a water bottle, no one turned out to give the same. I won't recommend it to anyone!

Average Stay
M stay was decent, however the hotel staff treated my chauffer terribly. When first asked about accommodation for chauffer, they agreed to it but later they didn't even let my chauffer use the washroom. Upon us complaining about the same, the staff said that chauffer are only allowed to sleep in the premise and not to use the washrooms. I mean what kind of inhumane approach is this? How can you not allow and not have proper infrastructure for people staying with chauffers M stay was decent, however the hotel staff treated my chauffer terribly.
