Terrible Stay
The AC was non-functional. Asked for a water bottle, no one turned out to give the same. I won't recommend it to anyone!

Average Stay
M stay was decent, however the hotel staff treated my chauffer terribly. When first asked about accommodation for chauffer, they agreed to it but later they didn't even let my chauffer use the washroom. Upon us complaining about the same, the staff said that chauffer are only allowed to sleep in the premise and not to use the washrooms. I mean what kind of inhumane approach is this? How can you not allow and not have proper infrastructure for people staying with chauffers M stay was decent, however the hotel staff treated my chauffer terribly. Food was good. Room was clean. Room cleaning was not done. Water refills needed to be asked. There were few power cuts too.

Narayanam is not maintaining quality wrt stay and good.
Room given was clean, but its bathroom had issues. Health faucet was not working properly. Shower faucet was throwing half of water towards up. Food qaulity is bad.

decent stay for one night as a stop
The stay was comfortable and it was a good hotel.. We missed booking breakfast but I would suggest please book it.. The shower faucet was not working well.. Have explained the same at the front desk

Facing problem for food package
I have stayed there staff is cooperative but as I took the breakfast and dinner package with stay.But it is very horrible when I went to took the food they told me that there no buffet system yau have to order the same and limit of dinner amount is rs 600,I fail to understand why there is capping of rs 600 and why you don't mention in terms and conditions during the bookin of hotel room.

Rooms are good but poor service
