7 Hills Resort

Be-Aware : This resort is more used for hosting marriages & Parties So for all outstation travellers looking for a peaceful retreat / vacation - JUST FORGET IT. Loud music through the night, Poor room services, expensive foods ...is all that we experienced. Even there was no functional geyser in our rooms.

location is good, spacious and away from the city. we tried dal makhani which was not so good, but dal tadka was good. Rooms are new, geysers are not yet installed. You have to check whether the bed sheets and pillow covers are changed, otherwise you have to ask them and they will do it quickly. the ambience is good and overall we enjoyed.

Ambience is superb....rooms are good....but staff is untrained....I had to ask for every small thing from a towel in room to a spoon in restaurant.....they were reluctant to give anything....water was charged in breakfast.....we paid 1500 for breakfast and they gave us only 2 options to order ....a la carte is overpriced.... mineral water bottles that we bought looked like refilled....its better to book their room without breakfast...it's more a party or wedding place than a resort

Ok. Reception girl neha war so rude she said i will not let you checkin she asked cash money. She was disgusting

Title: disappointing stay - lacking basic facilities and slow service rating: 1/5 i recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and i must say, it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. The room lacked even the most basic facilities, making it feel more like a hostel than a hotel. There was no: - mini-fridge or water bottles - coffee maker or electric kettle - iron or ironing board - hairdryer - basic toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, or moisturizer for every small thing, we had to call the reception, and even then, the service was painfully slow. It took them ages to respond to our requests, and often, we had to follow up multiple times to get what we needed. The hotel's inability to provide basic amenities and their slow service makes it unworthy of even a 1-star rating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to explore better options. Some suggestions for improvement: - provide basic facilities in the room - improve service response time - train staff to be more attentive and helpful - consider upgrading amenities to meet standard hotel expectations until then, i would not suggest wasting your money on this subpar hotel experience.

Resort is very good. Member of resort also good and food is very good

The property is nice and in a secluded location away from city centre. However, service is a bit slow. Checkin took 25 min when we finally had to raise it for delay. Food at restaurant is good. Rooms are large and spacious. Pool is well maintained. They allow outside visitors to use pool as it's also a weekend party destination. But crowd was overall well behaved.

Location of property is very nice but the hotel staff is very limited and untrained. Every single order takes long time to delivered. I ordered coffee from the room and it delivered after 2 hours 30 min
