familyThe property is well located in lachen. The rooms were nice and cosy, and the beds had bed warmer, which is very much required. The food was really good. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They allowed late checkout.

familyRooms not worth more than 2k, though they charge. Don't go by displayed pics, it's too old property, rooms are stinking. Dirty furniture, broken wooden flooring, filthy foot mats, curtains are like nothing covered. By the no balcony it's entrance corridor. Safety wise scary, rooms windows opens to parking area and anyone can walk-in into property. Overall summit is horrible brands. Though i have not stayed their other properties. Simply it's not for families.

familyI visited lachen yesterday along with my wife & 6 year old boy. We stayed at summit hotel. The property was good. Special thanks to the hotel staffs starting from receptionist (who educated us regarding the precautions to be taken for gurudangmar lake visit) to restaurant staffs. They were always ready to help. Highly recommended property to stay for family

Location of the hotel is good, very good hospitality especially mr. Diwakar was very considerate, caring and tried his best to provide all facilities. We heartily thank him for being a very good host. There is lot of problem of hot water in bathroom.

Hotel room was good with electric blanket. But please note for premium room for three people there was no mountain view from room. There was no heater also but it was manageable. Restroom was clean and spacious. Food was pretty good. Staff behavior was excellent!
