Ac room was so tidy so we exchanged a non AC room by paying an extra amount. and for a silly reason they created nonsense and demanded to vacate the room just after 3 hours from check in. and they didn't give us back our clothes and phone accessories.

very nice stey in the hotel everything is excellent staff is very halepful , you also go vacation with your family nd frends . rooms are very clean and big .

Place was not clean and hotel is not even providing drinking water they say if you want to buy water you should purchase full pack of 12, single bottle will not be sold.

The stay was at the heart of the town and it was easily accessible to the beach and shack. The personnel at the stay were reachable throughout the day. Ac, heater, mini fridge, fans were comfortable enough. Parking was comfortable and spacious. Wifi was available and speed was pretty decent. Would recommend for both bachelors and family to hangout in goa.

The room was worth for money. Actually we arrived one day late, if modifications of date was allowed it would be great. I would have appreciated more, and bike rent was also available. Nd near to beach.

There is no room cleaning&mainly we booked ac room but not working, toilet also not good at all.

Property is at prime location, near to baga beach tittos lane. Beach, restaurants and clubs are sideby so no need to juggle. Food not provided. Aminites are just enough to live. As a budget friendly it's best for groups. Will not suggest for family. Overall good experience.

The rooms are large and clean. The washroom was adequately clean. Hot water was available. Wifi speed is good. The best part is that it is right on tito's lane and within one minute walk you will be on the beach

Very well located guest house near baga beach and titos lane. No lift and breakfast. Service also is not available. However very good guest house for bachelors who would love to stay near baga beach and enjoy titos club.
