budget stay, when we come to see in reality it is completely different

I booked this Bliss Holiday Inn at last minute 11pm around. I paid money online as usual I book all the time from MMT. After booking I kept trying Bliss Holiday Inn phone number which came up on booking. Till 12 night I kept trying their number .No one answer my call. I reached to location also, but it was completely dark in night , can not find any board and signage. Finally I booked other hotel on Agoda. I lost my booking money as it mentioned -NO REFUND. Pathetic Bliss Holiday Inn owner. Please never book this Bliss Holiday Inn.

The rooms initially offered to me did not match the category shown on the website. The first two rooms had a bad odor and were not in good condition. However, I appreciate that the staff later provided me with a better room, which was satisfactory. Thank you for the room upgrade.

If my friends want to visit also, not allowed. Top dirty and very bad smell.

when i entered in room the ambience was very bad switch board was broken, no hand was in toilet no set top box for television on tv was there. But then also i kept my luggage and goto for my work and return at night directly around 11 pm but when i turn on fan there was no sufficient air flow. There were no problem ventilation in the room. We totally exhausted i rushed to reception but there is no one on reception the room was locked Call the hotel team and provided table fan as my experience is very bad at this hotel

The first day they were given a very dirty room, after the request they changed to another room, it was good, food quality is not good at the hot curry restaurant which is near the hotel, you can order online. You can get cleaning service at a one call, which is good, overall staff behaviour is good.

Worst experience all fake photos are published and nothing is matching in real. No respect to the customers and rooms are congested. Not at all price worthy. I strongly suggest not to book this place for any future stay.

The room which was shown in the pictures while booking is not same as the real one and the sanitation is wrost, room quality and everything regarding room is not good. Not there

We have issue with wift and that is small room their is no any greenery view. I don't have any pics

There is no room service, and no hot water even we told them about this things even though they are so care less. Very bad

Worst rooms ever. Dirty washrooms and no cleanliness the people over there is also very worst and irresponsible.

The location is good i would say and prices were also affordable but the problem i got was in amenities it was mentioned a refrigerator is included but when i inquired about the same the host replied that it is not available and if you want to use that service it would cost extra after that the problem was wifi, their wifi wasn't working from the moment we checked in. After complaining about it for 3 tines finally it worked but that too not for long and it was out again till the we checked out. Also the rooms were not as same as shown to us on the app which was disappointing.

The stay was ok for the price. There was no mini fridge in the room. Cleanliness could have been better. The room was not as spacious. The location was very good, not far from calangute beach.

Okk type, property not good or not bad, room clean, and good condition. Beds are good condition

Internet was good. Overall okay for cheap travel. Location was apt for travel rented bikes and cars are available below

Overall good experience the rooms were neat and clean hotel is located in the heart of calangute city the staff were also good and polite

Nice hotel and very understanding staff. Must stay. I found this hotel on makemytrip. And the property is also good.
