This is very much written in the terms and condition which you also agreed before making the booking sir. Its not a new policy, all the property, whoever is having their own setup of serving food won't allow outside food.
Good but remotely located from station
Hotel was good, staffs were helpful and friendly natured. It was a good stay.

Behavior of the staffs are not good
They dint allow to carry packed water bottle from outside forced to purchased from there with more price. Charges of the foods compare to the hotel are pretty high. They are simply making money.

Kitchen service is not available, what so ever they are providing, quality of food is worst.
There is only one person serving as sweeper, cleaner, cook, room attendant, security guard and all other work which the owner instruct without maintaining any kind of cleanliness and hygiene.

Respected sir, i am feeling very sorry to reply you and i apologies for any inconvenience caused. I would also like to bring to your kind notice sir that we wont allow the guests to cook in our kitchen and i believe majority hoteliers do the same sir. As far as number of staff is concerned, we do have sufficient staff, what u claimed in your review is not the correct information sir.
Cleanliness
The hotel is very clean and hygienic and the staffs are quite good. Best place to stay.
