Poor condition of room. No lock and key of the room. Bathroom door has no lock. Poor condition of bathroom services not up to the mark. Unhygienic conditions. Charges too much in comparison to the services rendered.

Room service delayed too much if anything happened. Receptionist lady behaviour rude. Geyser not working. Ac temperature fixed. Tv not working.

The hotel photos is not same as the condition. It's a narrow road. Not a great surrounding. No reception hygiene is poor. The bed sheets are not washed. Wash room is not cleaned. Windows are broken. Door doest lock. Ac does nit have remote. Non-clean blanket. Not a great deal or value for money.

familyCleanliness zero, no door handle from inside of the room, broken ac, untidy toilet, etc and obviously bad staff behaviour

bathroom worse .. Rust brown water from water geyser..
AC room but fix 18° staff refuge to provide remote. brown water from Geyser.. Staff was polite but himself helpless with issue.chai was good. Else so so
