Dear Venkatesan, if you board a bus, even if there are empty seats in that bus, only the number of people you have purchased tickets for can travel. Similarly, even if you booked our homestay family room, you had registered it to allow only two people. You paid that amount directly to the booking agent. But you came with six people. So only the additional fee was charged from you. Even though this was clearly told to you, you have expressed your grief. Your concern is regrettable. You have only paid the amount you are supposed to pay. We assure you that your next visit will be very happy. Thank you
