Food quality normal otherwise all are good check in timings need to change anytime check in this is good for buisness peoples

Washroom closets are not cleaned well. Restaurant food quality not good.

Very poor maintenance, linen not clean, bathroom very small water stagnation everywhere. Very average.

The location is good and the rooms are spacious but not that clean and hygiene. Should have a kitchenette or at-least a microwave oven. But the services are good

Stayed in this property. Reasonable pricing. Neat and clean room with good air conditioning, comfortable bed and decent bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was simple and good. Definitely the best stay option in this region.

Unprofessional staff. Staff dose not know how to behave to the guests.

Value for money, Receptionst Dinish was quite helpful, breakfast was simple but fresh, for short stay it's good since its difficult to find other hotel Around. Grapevine farms are nearby and Worth visiting

This is not a separate hotel, rather part of a marriage hall, with separate rooms. If you plan to stay in Cumbum, there are not much options for hotels, we had to resort to this one. The facilitates are provided only when called, since it is not a typical hotel. Rooms are clean and neat.

The hotel is located in theni-cumbum road. Hotel was clean. They did not provide shampoo in the toiletries. I believe that they are using solar panel for geysers. So you have to wait sometime for the hot water. Breakfast menu was limited but tasty. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel is easily noticeable from the Road. Parking area lights are not on and it the area was very dark. Had difficultly in taking out the things from car. Towels are dirty. We called the room service for replacement but the towels they got also were dirty. Morning buffet had limited items.

Booked at 6 pm on the day of check-in and stayed overnight. Located outside Cumbum with good parking space and the rooms were good. Nothing to complain and everything including wifi was working fine. Room service was polite and breakfast was very good. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would definitely stay there if I am around Theni Cumbum.

They are not considered about the before check into the hotel. Its very bad experience for me
