Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room were clean on arrival. Onboarding was very quick. The bathroom were all fresh and neat. Extremely nice customer service. Overall a very foot stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!

though the room were best and clean, the power fluctuation was very frequent and everytime during power off, we had to manually switch the card. that was frustrating. Food was average. customer service was not that great.

Not very good hotel

familyMy family and I stayed here on June 20, 2024. It is not a good hotel. There is no restaurant available. They serve breakfast from outside the hotel, but only at 8:30 AM. A kettle was available in the room, but there was no plug point nearby to connect it to electricity. The staff were good and polite.

family1. Room was good and neat but rain water was coming through AC whole and the room was keep on flooding. 2. Parking was tough. When I went I saw the road full of cars and reaching parking was tough. Also security was not that helpful. 3. They gave the water bottle and tooth kit at the reception itself not keeping it within the room. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this is something strange. I was like ‘you want the guest to carry everything to the room with luggage and managing kids’

Pretty decent stay for the family. Felt very comfortable during the stay. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Since the hotel is located in a prime location we had difficulty in parking the car. Suggestion instead of getting outside food for guest on order. Try to arrange buffet.
