Review Of StayVista at Mathikettan Homestay

Property is located in a very scenic place and the property had been built well with a lot of style, warmth and comfort. However, this property by stay-vista is not maintained properly. When we arrived to check-in in the afternoon, the bathrooms were not clean, and there are soap stains on the floor and toothpaste foams on the wash basin. We had to ask their caretaker to clean the property one more time before we occupied. When we returned to the property on the night of our stay, we could not open the main door of the property. The lock was not working. Imagine being stranded with the family outside of this villa at night. We could not reach the caretaker either. Then, after 30 mins the caretaker showed up. He could not open the main door with the key. He ended up breaking open the door with a large axe. It was a nightmare to stay at this property that we had to vacate very early in the morning just to run away. Please avoid this one.
