SRI THIRUMALAI MAHAL ROOMS

This is a marriage hall with attached rooms, just ok for people looking for few hours sleep enroute theni cumbum highway. Not even an extra sheet or a blanket was provided. No towel, soap nor any toiletries. We had booked two rooms and it was green rooms on either side of the stage of the marriage hall

The rooms and toilets were not clean.

Hotel experience was horrible. I checked in late at night, saw the room and was in shock. Pathetic room, bed, dirty bed spread and pillows. I literally got a bad backache by morning and it troubled me whole day.

Ground floor is marrage halland very disturbed. Rooms are in first floor. No fecility, towel, soap and drinking water not given. As a custome i think one rooms maximum rate is 700rs. Very very poor.

Very horrible i never experienced this type of stay in my life time staff was very arrogant hotel basic things should be provided no water no mat outside bathroom room was not clean car parking should be extended
