Room condition-Excellent Service - Should improve a lot Food - Ok

waste of time and money very worst experience 😭😭😭😭 first time failure trip and bad selection

cleanliness is bad. no kettle for hot water. the rest is average. Breakfast provided with few varieties only

I was getting a foul smell in the room due to that i was not able to sleep.

-I am able to feel an unpleasant smell which disturbed my night sleep. - Location is very bad. we even find a proper restaurant near by. - Value for money is too low for this hotel.

The stay was really comfortable. We were 3 adults including our mother and my 12 year old daughter. It was spacious and the food was also delicious.

A quiet and neat place which provides value for the charged amount. Dont expect anything fancy here. No dining options near by and hence ordered in room dining which was below average & the charges were high. Breakfast was fine. Over all food quality needs to be improved. Tv operation was quiet complicated. Finally gave up. Could not get additional pillows!

Very spacious and neatly maintained rooms with friendly staffs. The location in andipatti which is 16 km far from theni. There are only limited restaurant options nearby but it has 2 good hotels with veg and non veg cuisines. Ample parking spaces available.
