The room was neat and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the Location of the property is very good. Located close to Railway station. There are lots of eating and shopping options nearby.

Short trip thru Delhi and the place was very clean and included breakfast. Pretty easy to find and near metro station

The service and all other things were outstanding, the only negative was, , even though the rooms were clean, there were not all the facilities they said

The experience was very bad from the start. The location of the hotel is very confusing as no cab was willing to take me there. In addition, the room had a weird smell and the toiletries et. Was not provided

The location and rooms are very good and the service provided by the staff is also excellent but some staff are kind of rude.

I received the property location via email and whatsapp. I didn't face any issues reaching the hotel. Also, breakfast was good.

The hotel is a nice one, the lane leading to the hotel is a bit messy but it applies for all hotels in the area, i have been to other hotels in same area but smyle inn is simply better of all. Hotel will give you positive vibes.

The food was good. The behavior of staff was good also. The room was good. This hotel is in a lane but not far from the main road.

Very difficult to find this property. Overall good but very hard for me to find this hotel in night.

Veery rude behaviour by the owner of the inn i was not expecting this as i am the registered customer and i have the balck elite membership also i was not expecting this thank you it was terrible

The hotel location is very poor and locality is not suitable for family stay, yes adjacent to railway station so only good for short transit stay

The hospitality of the staff was something that made our short stay even better. Manish, was extremely helpful and catered to any of our additional requests, iron box, electric kettle, cutlery, ro water, etc. We never had to ask him twice. The rooms and washrooms were very neat and tidy. The manager and staff were helpful at all times. I was hesitant while booking the place at first, but i wouldn’t give a second thought if i were to book a stay near chandni chowk again.

I booked my room on the wrong day because i was checking in at 2:30am. When we figured out the problem they let me stay at a discounted rate for the day i arrived. They are always very nice and helpful. The location is off the main road so very quiet but centrally located in paharganj. The standard room is small with a big bed, it is clean and the ac works well. The breakfast is good and i highly recommend staying here.

Located in the worst area of the world possible, rooms are even worser, also tried to cancel but there is no refund on cancellation, worst hotel experience ever in my life
