I found this property through make my trip app. this was the first and last time I have used this app. I have travelled a lot but believe me, I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional behaviour from the hotel staff. it was like I have committed some kind of crime to choose this hotel.i have never seen such a small table in the room,not even one person can dine properly.our stay was around 40 hours but I can say a lot about the cleanliness, hotel staff, broken furniture etc......plz don't add these kind of hotels in your list......

Location is at very cool, calm and full of natural things, all kind of adventure programme present there. Like rope cycling paragliding, zip line etc. The behaviour of all staff really appreciable.

there was no electricity for few hours, also not suitable for families.

We have booked cottage, amazing experience with nature, very peaceful place, food was tasty, staff was supportive and kind if u want to stay in a peaceful place then must go there. U will definitely enjoy

The overall stay was really good. I liked the immediate service and friendly and cooperative staff. We booked a cottage which gave us an entirely different experience of the stay

The best part - cottages are beautifully located in sync with the nature. All the necessary amenities are available within your cottage and view of the mountains from your window is the best part. Mall road is located at around 6 km from the hotel. Average - food is good nothing extraordinary and service is also fine. Bonus features- paragliding can be done from next to hotel premises. Environment is very calm and serene. Advance booking with price verification from online site is recommended as you'll be quoted very high price on reception.
The best part is its location. It was very calm and serene. Cottages are nicely built with all the required amenities. However, it is advisable to book online. They quoted very high price when i directly tried to book with hotel while it was available at 1500 less on mmt. But overall, you get a nice experience living in the lap of nature.

Location is good for those who love to be in cool n calm place. Here are some findings Pros- Location is at one of the best. walking distance from Mussoorie Lake approx 50 mtrs almost plan. Outside cottage its beautiful landscaping and greenery. Hotel staff is really very humble and cooperative. Cons- Its OK at cost below, not of Worth beyond it. Cleanliness is issue here, floor mat was dirty, toilet floor slope was not proper there was water logged all the time. Specially for couples the bed is not actually double bed it is pairing of two single beds. There is always gap in between because of the side beading that is used to keep the mattress in place.
