This property is good for nature lovers but not worth the penny spent. If you are coming here, then make sure that you want to be cut off from daily life and want to be close to nature without expecting much comforts.

The place is work of love abed beauty. Every nook of the resort is curated with thought. The original british bungalow is restored with eye to detail. The staff is almost like family. You will really enjoy the over all experience. The property is surrounded with forest and natural beauty

Great place to connect with self, spend time on deck either reading a book, gazing at mountain and clouds or gazing at forest and the birds. Support staff under mathura ji supervision makes you feel at home and are happy to customize your food and treks as per your expectations.

Location is really great away from the hustle and bustle of the City. Peaceful place loves the tranquility. The host prepared the homemade food and it was really amazing. Great hospitality. Very pretty and happy customer. I would definitely recommend this property.

Location - "In the middle of nowhere" - yes, the last motorable point is the dusty track of a village in padampuri, from there a narrow trek uphill takes you to this charming quaint lodge called Killing Sanctuary - silent trail". Rooms and Facilities- In one word "eclectic"! The rooms though are small yet tastefully done, with modern plush bathrooms, and small porches or cosy verandas on the front done up with rustic furniture. The deck which gives a stunning view of the valley, the lounge with an immense collection of books, indoor games and home theatre to keep everyone engaged, an indoor heated swimming pool, the place boasts of understated luxury. Food- Homely and simple". A simple Dal or rajma cooked overnight on a wooden chulha is a delicacy you won't find in your urban life so relish the taste while you are there. Service - "Warm, Too good to be true" .. Their service is awesome, right from their open kitchen concept to personally churning out individual delicacies for each guest, the hostess and staff ensures that every guest leaves with an edelible impression on their mind and a desire to return back!

You can reach this place after 3km of off roding and 1. 5 kms of trek .. Living room is beautiful .. It is perfect if you want to spend some time Reading. Care takers and kitchen staff will not disappoint you. I will highly recommend this place if you want to stay close to the nature

The positives are nice location, totally silent. You can talk in whispers. Away from busy life of cities. Temperatures were cold approx 15-17 degrees, needed hot water from solar heating, to take Bath in morning. There was a deer that came to our door, not fearing people. Food served was simple but good taste. Met owner who happened to be there that day. Only Negative was taking a walk trek of 2 km ascent to reach the resort, after parking our vehicle at the foot of the hill.

We were told hotel is 32 kms from Nainital & thereafter we need to walk 1 km on hill Finally put us in their substandard hotel, we feel cheated by make my trip & not book in future through this portal
