not properly clean,wash basin tap and geysers are not properly working, room light not sufficient

Preinformed us about hotel booking and provided better alternate stay options. Proactive approach and understanding problem bh rukmani and other girl helped us to continue this stress free journey

A little bit distant from the main area of mukteshwar. But totally unexplored mountain area in darima village. Chauli ki jal and mukteshwar mandir are visible from here. Hotel in a village but all modern facilities available. Employees were very polite. While returning it felt like we were returning from any relative place. In front of the resort we can explore farms and orchard. Trees of peach, pluma, different varieties of pear, apricot, apple are also available. Large size pahari lemon.

1. Place is beautiful and is surrounded with greenery. 2. Overall ambience is peaceful and good to stay. 2. Food is nice and feels like home cooked. 3. Very good place for family outing. 4. If jhoola provision can be added then it will have further next level experience.

Good location, good food, helpful staff

I was at this place on 30-31 Dec 2019 with my family of 2 adults + 3 kids. I had map plan which include breakfast and dinner in the package. Location: nice location, sunset and Valley view, lot of green area full of pine trees. Close to nature far from populated cities with lot of open space in the hotel. Room: Big enough for family of 5. It was like a big hall with two full size beds. Unlike other luxury hotel it was more like a clean and equipped room in a small town. Mattress I appreciate mattress were comfortable with good spine support as I have at my home, not the spring mattress that we generally see in luxury hotels. Care taker "bhagwaan Mehra" decent guy, always ready to help with a sweet answer "Ji Bilkul sir/ok sir". Dogs: a big, loving German Shepherd in the property. Good thing, it's not coming in rooms or kitchen area but if we go for a walk on road near to hotel it keeps following us like a guard. Food: nice food, no show-off only homely taste. Suggestions for improvement: They may provide TV in the room also as there is lot of open area they may provide slide or swings for kids.

We stayed for 3 days and 3 nights. The location is peaceful in a small village approx 9 km from main city. Staff is very helpful, don't expect TV in rooms which are a blessing for a tranquil stay. You will get WiFi so you are connected. Enjoy the slow time at hills reading and watching nature. Don't expect too much and be happy with clean and peaceful surroundings. Not for people who want a luxurious stay, it's a mix of resort stay and village homestay with cleanliness and courteous staff. The best part is pet dog Bruno who is also very gentle and friendly.

Good location, good food and service.

The hotel is located slightly off the Mukteshwar route and that is one of the us is. You need your own vehicle to arrive at this place. The rooms are spacious and clean and the view is very good. Especially, take the rooms on the floor above. The food is good, and not at all expensive. The service is very good compared to similar properties so if you are looking for a clean, spacious and calm place to stay, go for it.

The location is a bit remote, however, the staff, the ambience makes up for the rest.
