very terrible experience with make my trip. I booked hotel Aravali at mukteshwar, but when I reach there hotel manager told me that we have no tie-up with make my trip, so we can not give u hotel room. I already paid for this booking earlier. I contacted make my trip support for this issue. They refused to refund me and after a long waiting of 2 hour they have asked for different hotel. It was around 8 pm night and no one was looking here and there at mukteshwar. When I reached the provided location of hotel, there were only forests and no any hotel building exists there. Finally I booked another hotel after 5 to 6 km search in night and I faced many troubles there with my family and kids. very horrific. They have not refunded my booking amount.

The stay is warm and peaceful and the host vicky here is very cooperative and helpful. The scenic view you get here is just totally next level. Do visit here.

This beautiful cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. It offered a perfect blend of natural beauty, tranquility, and comfort. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning our next visit. Must visit for everyone.
