I really felt it not worth like charged looking the property condition. It was not maintained properly. Even there was no separate door lock in room to lock it from inside. When i asked the caretaker, he said to lock it with same key from inside which i found not safe as anyone having another key could unlock it from outside. Water tap were not blocked or not cleaned as water flow was very slow in washroom.

This property is not maintained properly. Location is not good as there is no market nearby. Let me tell you in detail about this property- pro's- 1. You get parking for 4-5 cars. 2. Hotel staff are good and cooperative. Special mention to mr rohit who helps you in whatever way he can. 3. This is located in peaceful place. You will feel relaxed. 4. Food served is good. Cons- 1. Management of hotel is not interested in comfort of guest although telephonic-ally they pretend to doing so. 2. Photo of deluxe room is not uploaded properly. They have uploaded photo of family suite in deluxe category. So beware before booking as their deluxe room in not worth you pay for 3. There were flies in room, problem was resolved later with sprays. 4. You dont get complimentary water bottles, they dont provide toiletries, they dont have electric kettle in room. Bed is not comfortable (u will feel tired in morning because of hard bed, even they dont have intercom facilities in deluxe room, 5. You will only get vegetarian food in hotel. And you cannot bring non-veg from outside. I think owner should not force their choice of fooding to guests. They should be allowed to bring non veg from outside. Restrictions does not go well with hospitality business. Overall property is not worth for what u pay. You can get better property in nearby locality.

Water was not in the tap, restaurant food was very very unhygienic, my children became ill, room was very dirty, no tv very bad experience for the life i will not do further booking thanks

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was our firast stay at this hotel. The location especially the view was excellent just 4 km from mukteshwar dham. The staff was good and well behaved. The food was excellent. We loved the food. The weather was cold due to rain. All in all it was a great experience.

The stay was peaceful and enjoyable. The main highlights of this hotels are 1. Staff was very very helful and they are preparing evry meal fresh from scratch. 2. Hotel was at very peaceful location. 3 there was one con that is tea/cofee maker was missing in the room but that was expected in non commercial location of hil station.

It was good resort with excellent hospitality of staff members. Food was awesome and hot as weather was cold there.

Property location is good. Management for property is good in cleanliness. Food prepared and served is not good. Host dealing with customers is impressive.

The retreat is on the way to the main mukteshwar dham temple and close enough. The property is well located with good parking space. The management is really nice as they specially prepared the kumaoni dinner for us on our request. The food was fresh and served well with all the hygiene measures taken in count.

The overall experience while our stay at the british retreat was amazing. The manger mr. Abraham and all the other staff members are very humble and cooperative. Just loved their hospitality. Property location is very good. All the places are reachable from there. Food provided by staff was nice. We shall be visiting here again for our next stay soon.

Host abraham mouses sir was warm and friendly. Food was good and so was the weather. Will recommend to visit all with family. Near sai temple and mukteshwar dham.

We travel-led as a couple to this serene beauty of mukteshwar hills. Our stay at brutish retreat made our whole trip so relaxing and exciting. The hospitality along with the adventurous hosts stole away our heart with bonfire and lip smacking food. I recommend every couple, friends group or family to visit brutish retreat and live to see your own dream happiness.

Location of The property was awesome and easily accessible, rooms were spacious and comfortable. But The only problem was with The food as there were no such verities of dishes available, and property needs to improve their cleanliness apart from that stay was nice and especially The behavior of The owner and The caretaker was very warm, overall a very good stay.

It was an amazing property. The location was very nice, it was easy to reach. The room was very nice and comfortable. I really enjoyed that property. The whole property was very neat and clean. Surely going to recommend this property to others.
