Terrible Stay

Location is pathetic. Not suitable for anyone age above 40. There is a long uphill walk for hotel, which nobody will tell in advance. Food - there is no food and no nearby cafe/restaurant. It is in the jungle. You won't find anything there. Amenities - Below average quality, but the only good thing is at least they are there. Services - again pathetic. there is very little staff. It took them >2 hours just to get our luggage from our cars to our room. On top of all this when you complain to MMT when half of your trip is already ruined, they also show helplessness and are unable to do anything. In short don't ever go to this place if you are a sensible human being.

It was true village experience with fruits and veggie around yet modern amenities. our kids of 5 and 10 years enjoyed the stay and love to visit again.

The property is good with a great restroom interior and an awesome outside view. However, it’s a 1 km walk to reach it. Hospitality needs improvement—though the staff is polite, there's only one person, so more staff is needed. Also, there's no power backup

As this was your first visit to the cottage: we do have a proper power backup, placed out of sight to maintain the peaceful view. During your stay, two staff were in the kitchen and one was serving, which is why you mostly met one. The trail you mentioned is about 600 meters, passing through the local village with scenic views—a part of the authentic experience we hope guests enjoy. The cottage’s location was carefully chosen for the serenity and beauty we often miss in city life. We look forward to welcoming you again—with a bit more familiarity, we’re sure you’ll enjoy it even more. Until then, may the fresh Himalayan air stay with you!

Loved every bit of stay at the property!!! Was surprised to have such a cozy place in the middle of hamlet and surrounded by mountains. It had an inviting charm that felt like stepping into a storybook. Birds chirping early morning and rustle of leaves created a serene soundscape

Wonderful experience with the stay. we loved the Himalayan range right in front of our bay window. Care taker is very humble and cook delicious indian and chinese food, i loved momo and pahadi mutton.
