They not provided stay told that rooms are full even after booking confirmation Totally disappointed experience

The bedsheets and duvet cover was dirty, I raised the complaint and then it got changed by housekeeping. The other thing was the bathroom was clean but it had centipede running here and there on the floor. Thanks i already did that but your site isnt working properly

Location is near to station. Stay was good. However, owner took extra Rs.800 to provide better room. So total it costed me Rs.2200. Stay was friendly. AC and WiFi were perfect.

Hotel management and staff is arrogant. Manager talking with customer very rudely. Hotel staff is not aware how to handle customer and how to talk with customer.

Property owner is helpful and customer centric.

Worst place ever it has a black mole in the was and bathroom people will get sick

It's not worth paying such a huge amount for such a lodge. It's not a hotel. No restaurant. Package including breakfast but made fighting to get foods then they served with just 2 idlis for each person. No tea no water all paid. It's abad experience with this lodge.

Location is good, cleanliness just about ok, no complimentary drinking water or breakfast. Ok for 1-2 nights' stay.

The property doesn't provide drinking water ( free water) to sell mineral water and also don't have intercom facility

I had stayed in this hotel for 1 day it’s in near by area of the hospital whr my mother was operated I had booked delux room which costed me for 3 ppl , despite paying this much the quality of room which they provided was not good , I was staying with my child of 3 month old and despite of saying them again n again they provided me stuffy room very poor ventilation and smell of smoking , place was shady and next to bar so I cnt travelled safely late also ac ver not working properly and after some tym their was water leaking from the ceiling, finally after complaining this they switched the room to a decent one finally I could sleep for night peacefully …
