The room was bad, the bathroom didnt have a door. The shower area couldnt sink water, there was water clogging everywhere. The shower area had no door. The experience was so bad i checked out early in 2 hours. One of my worst experiences ever. Never using the same hotel or using Makemytrip again. It was my first and last experience with makemytrip

It was very comfortable and delightful experience. The room was specious, clean and pleasing. The food was excellent, and fast. Staff was polite and caring. The restaurant was also excellent, specious and eye pleasing. Overall a very joyul and restive experience. highly recommended..

✅ Positive Hotel Stay Review: I had a wonderful stay at vihang club The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials. I especially loved the e.g., rooftop view, breakfast buffet, spa, etc.]. Location-wise, it’s perfect — close to everything yet peaceful. Definitely worth the price. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

Amazing stay at Vihang's Palm Club! Highly recommend!!
I recently stayed at Vihang's Palm Club in Thane for three nights and had an amazing and comfortable experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the reception were courteous and quick to assist. The hotel has a welcoming vibe, with a clean and spacious lobby area. The room was well-maintained, with clean linen, basic amenities, and a beautiful pool view. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was quick in attending to requests. The in-house restaurant, Mumbai Fast and Grill n Tonic, serves a variety of cuisines. I tried both Indian and Continental dishes during my stay, and the food quality was superb. The breakfast buffet was decent, and Prasaad offered prompt service. Overall, my stay at Vihang's Palm Club was pleasant and hassle-free. I would surely book a stay with them again!! Highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Being a regular at Ibis whenever I stay in Thane, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but *Vihang’s Palm Club* turned out to be *no less*. In fact, in many ways, it felt *even better*. The property is located on the main road at a convenient location. Access is good and the property has parking too. Food is good and it has 2 good restaurants serving multi cusines. The rooms are very big and spacious!. 350 sq ft and washrooms were well appointed with modern amenities. Buffet in the morning was adequate though minor things were observed. Food was tasty.
