I have been a long-term guest at Suraj Byk Thanr and have always valued the comfort and hospitality here. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the night shift front desk staff, was alarming and utterly disappointing.
displayed arrogance, immaturity, and a complete lack of basic customer service etiquette. His approach was unnecessarily interrogative and disrespectful, especially after I returned from a long and tiring workday in Mumbai. The manner in which he questioned me was unprofessional and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
Hospitality is built on courtesy and respect, regardless of whether the guest is male or female. The policing-style behavior I experienced has no place in a service-oriented industry. More concerning is his absence of any apology or acknowledgment of his behavior, which reflects poor training and a lack of understanding of guest relations.
Ifaims to maintain , immediate customer service training for If such behavior continues, loyal guests like myself may have no choice but to stay elsewhere—even at a higher cost.
