Review Of Shivansh Inn Resort

Location was good away from traffic staff were great and owner welcomed us with garlands and pictures

Room is clear but the bedsheets are dirty as well as blanket. Hotel don't have restaurant although they have give package including breakfast and needs to walk 700 to their another property for the same.

Booked in shivansh inn resort, wasted quiet a lot of time locating the property even after extensive help from google maps. The phone nos provided in the invoice were not being answered, so no help from resort there. The property is located on a narrow gully, invisible from main road and no sign board exists on the main road or on approach road. Upon reaching the property, was redirected to another property shivansh greens about 500 meters away.

we stayed on 8th sept for 2 night and 3 days. property is clean and rooms have ample space also each room has balcony. there was a stream flowing in back side of property which was very good and sound soothing. food is also good but they need to improve on breakfast buffet, both day they served same breakfast 😀, idly and poha. staff is very supporting and responsive. must stay in next trip.

Hotel staff changed our hotel due to shivansh in overbooked. Breakfast not good and toilets not clean

The stay was overall good. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was good as well. The staff was friendly and cooperative. The location and views from the room were excellent. But the hotel can improve on the infra like lift etc.

This was probably the worst hotel experience i ever had, its better to stay at some dharamshala than here. Staff here acts like they are paying you money to stay here, they wont even get you water bottles unless you call them some million times. Case in point : we asked for cutlery to eat food and they starlight up said they cant provide cutlery in a very rude tone. Staff does not care at all, take my advice and stay on road even if this is the only available property.

The stay was horrible and not value for money. Hotel is highly priced but services are very poor. Location is very bad. Best avoidable. In my view hotel should be black listed

This place has right set of people who is managing well, nice ambience and view as well. Hotel provides great hospitality

Your resort location is very good. Staff were very friendly and at last i want to say that it was a excellent stay in your resort.

Food quality was worst. I order bread for breakfast which was rotten and consist or fungus

Food not good. House keeping and room service is too late. They even didn’t provide any paste and brush.

Property is very average it will give you a lodge-like feeling, i am very disappointed by paying huge amount. For kids, on the website, it was mentioned an extra bed, but when we asked if they were giving us a matter to be put on the floor, it is better to take a Dharamshala rather than paying and sleeping on floor. Evening and morning is the time for tea and both the timing tea was not available. Food is also ok kind, outside were much better. Pathetic facility, only benefit we had was to get a safe parking nothing else. I don't suggest this hotel, better find some other hotel at this place and price

It is a decent economic hotel, near the market place. Has a small garden space. The breakfast was good and the host as well as the staff was very courteous. There is car parking at the Hotel too. The only thing was that the TV was not working which the host acknowledged and apologized. recommended for family travelers.
