Jo pic dekhi uska pura opposite humen mila, bilkul chota room 2bande ke lye bed jabke humane 3logo ke lye room book kaya tha, washroom pura ganda loag itne jhagralu the ke jaise humen maar hi baithe, jab humane customer service ko call kiya to waha se bhi humen koi madad nahi mili na hi humare poise refund huye na hibhumen kisi aur hotel mein room karvaya gaya, itne saalo ke baad pehli baar itna bura humara haal hua, delhi ki sardi us par se rat ke 11baje se le kar 2baj gaye hum sadak par khade pareshan huye.

pics shown and actual are far different from each other. Guest house is very unsafe. Room quality is very poor. Non ac room not even have basic facilities. Very bad atmosphere of the room and guest house as well. Uncleaned room, bedsheet and bed are provided. So, i didn't stay there guest house is very different I fully unsatisfied with service.

highly disappointed by the hotel's dirtyness ,wash room were broken, wall was full of spitting guktas, floor was not cleaned. beer cans were lying everywhere,no geyser, nothing was available as shown in the picture, no food facility, no security. never gone to book from your as you are showing something and providing something else and why there is no refund 😡. there should be refund as it is not providing the needful services. we would have not stayed there if it was refundable. highly disappointed. no requirement of discount. provide me my money back. you have made a nice way of earning by misguiding
