The service of the hotel and its staff was excellent during our Darjeeling vacation

The behaviour of the owner is not good , we asked for water he told us to go 4th floor and grab the water .. and the location is not good it feels like climbing mount Everest .. You can have better options then this homestay..

we stayed for a couple of days. Our room was on the 4th floor. For food we had to go outside. Location is not convenient during rainy days. Host is friendly but have some limitations. walking distance from the mall road, makes it a perfect location but a steep walk makes it very difficult for elderly ones. Mountain view from the window and terrace, is mesmerizing. The room is clean and cozy. The host Rajesh ji is very helpful.

Had a great stay! The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, and everything from the ambiance to the service was spot on. A peaceful and comfortable place to unwind — definitely worth visiting again.

am going to this place, the quality of the room here is not good, there is nothing good in the name of service, there is no terrace view, and this is the private property of some people, you cannot even talk in a loud voice, I believe it is better not to go here with the family

All Good Like Food, Property, Location etc

Our experience was very bad. Never feel like this. Owner's behaviour towards customer is very bad, insulting and disgusting. I will never book my package . Owner doesn't have manner to communicate with customer. He humiliated Me and totally spoiled my trip. He is very aggressive in communication. He insulted me, my brother and my brother in law before me. I really don't like this . You know first impression is last impression. A lot of polyethenes containing garbage was lying on the stairs of the two flat.He doesn't care. He was saying frequently that he doesn't care. This is my very bad experience of booking hotel. Never treated like this by any Hotel's owner.

The owner mr rajesh & his wife was very good in all ways. lovely rooms as oer cost. clean washroom, homely hospitality, homely food. Neat & clean & well maintained. the property has a lovely terrace which has wonderful views. A little way down to mall road, it might become difficult for aged person to walk to mall. No lift facility. in total good stay

The hotel is good and the behaviour is also good The food quality is nice but one disadvantage is the rooms are 3rd floor and there is no provision of lift and from the mall the hotel is not so far but the road is too up this is the main problem.
