Cleanliness of room was very very poor, bed sheet were dirty and blanket were smelly. No cupboard to keep cloths. Washroom was terrible & dirty. Public toilets are cleaner than this rooms washroom. Not worth at all for cost they are charging for room. No hot water facility in room. Don’t book this hotel you will regret.

The room was not clean and the fan was not working properly. Good thing was that it was close to Vienna Lake.

Can recommend this property to others, as the property was good. The services provided were good, but the quality of food was not that great. Staff were co-operative and the room was comfortable.

The view outside the property was much better than the view from inside. The hot water services were only for 1 hour after that the water was terribly cold as it was winter. Nothing is available nearby and the main market is 2. 5 km away from the property. Dinner had to be availed within 10:00 Pm and the property got closed after 11:00 Pm.

The stay was ok. The location of the property was good, it was secure but the room was not that much clean, it makes a little discomfort. The rest everything was fine.

Shilpa strawberry garden is a very beautiful location and has a very friendly staff at the reception ... The food was excellent and scrumptious. We were relaxed. Also has a spacious dining hall and lounge.
