property location was good , u never get food & better service anywhere in mahabaleshwar. one point is near gallery view there is big tower makes issue for better view . some parking issue

location is beautiful, especially when talking about food it's awesome it's customised and its served with passion which is really awesome and memorable thing for the food total credit goes to the caretaker oblique manager of VIVA Residency, it's children friendly kids friendly and very clean room and specially washrooms.
