The property was very old and its completely looks diffent .we went at 7PM for check in,no was was there and it was not cleaned and maintained for a long time,really felt very panic by looking the dark entry,outside lawn and sit out places are completed bushes and grown trees.we expected a good view from swimming pool but the pool itself not ready and completely filled with mud,the person told that the motor was under repair so cant use swimming pool.really waste of money for the property..

Property was not as same as uploaded photos on site, it looks very old and not enough security.doors were not locking properly. Ac are not working ,there is no maintenance of swimming tank,& for family it’s not secure place only view is good. It’s not worth the money Property is very old not good and secure for family no swimming tank maintenance door lock not working only images on portal are good only views good

This location was excellent 👌 Vally view looking over a Krishna river was very beautiful. Caretaker Vinod is very polite person and very helpful. Excellent breakfast provided on both days. We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent wifi service, JBL partybox provided awesome environment to my twins birthday celebration. Lots of memories made.

Well a beautiful beautiful property being laid to waste by poor maintenance and service. Someone professional needs to take over if this really has to flourish. The owner needs to take note of this. 1) i specifically called and asked before visiting if there will be toiletries like tooth brush and paste. The caretaker told me it will be provided, however, once inside we specifically had to request 2-3 times for those to be provided. 2) meal options - caretaker told me meals will be 550 per person for 1 meal. Otherwise, i can order from a nearby restaurant that will deliver. I have done multiple stays at good properties like stay vista, where for a family they charge like inr 2000 to 2500 per meal and provide to the entire family. That looks to be very decent. 3) the approach road is pretty pathetic and really needs to be made to accommodate people who have booked and will be bringing their vehicles. 4) while the check in, check out time is mentioned as 12 noon, the caretaker requested me to leave by 10 am as they have to prepare the property for the incoming party. The owner needs to get the check in check out time updated on the listing on make my trip. It is an amazing property, the view is amazing but the maintenance and service really needs to improve.

Disappointed with below : 1) swimming pool not as per pics on portal. 2) ac remote not working in all room. 3) costwise very poor breakfast options.
