Review Of Senses Havelock

We had booked a deluxe room with bathtub. The room was neat and excellent with a private beach just opposite the resort. Breakfast was amazing.

Taxi was arranged by them for local sight visit but bill of the same was not provided. They don't accept card payment. Rest everything was ok

The property is excellent but the people managing the property are not up to the standard. Demanding tips for service and when it is clearly mentioned on the site that pick up and drop is free. The manager is demanding Rs.300/- for drop and for the paid drop at morning 08:30 when the cruise is at 10:30. The beer bottles kept near the swimming pool with kids around. The management should train employees on soft skills.

A very good stay at Senses Havelock. The private beach access just across the road was just amazing. The hotel is neat and clean with helpful staff. The bathroom was big but the rooms were slightly small. The pool was nice and clean. The restaurant served good Indian cuisine and the buffet breakfast had good variety with tasty food. The location was just superb with quite a few good restaurants nearby. overall a great stay.

Staff is polite and helpful, they will arrrange for sports activities. Also will arrange for scooty. Property is having beautiful private beach access on the opposite side of road. Definately recomend it.

Located in one main road. Food quality is fantastic, but dining hall is on 1st floor which adds owes to seniors. Amenities & services are very good. Staff are also friendly.

Prime location right in the center of the island. All the Beaches and market can be easily accessed. Staff was exceptionally helpful in guiding for every aspect

I had a good stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and we booked activities for Elephant beach, kayaking and they also provide one of the best deal for scuba diving. The room was big and spacious. Though it had a lot of mosquitoes and we also spotted a cockroach, which wasn’t removed by staff since it went into the ceiling area, but these situations are understandable since we are on an island. The shower amenities could be in much better condition as the handle was hard to rotate, the speed with which water hit skin was extremely harsh, and water temperature wasn’t getting adjusted properly. The location was nice. The pool area was good and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was the best I had among all hotels I stayed on the trip, and the staff was courteous enough to adjust breakfast timings for us.

Location of resort is quite good and easy to locate from jetty pickup point. Food provided at restaurant is awesome and the staff behaviour is very nice and beyond the mark )

The location of the property is excellent. The room is small but comfortable. The service is satisfactory, but food and breakfast is very average. The maintenance part is good. It is just opposite to vijaynagar beach. Kalapathar beach is 5km away. Overall experience was good.

complimentary pickup provided from jetty. nice location. with needed amenities. private beach is also peaceful. they have their private swimming pool too but I personally feel not many are using it because of presence of beaches . food is decent. receptionist is helpful and provides suggestions on what could be beneficial for us in terms of planning

The rooms were neat and good. The swimming pool was there, our kid enjoyed it a lot. Good place for a family stay

Senses havelock is an amazing hotel with courteous staff. Our stay was comfortable and the staff made sure to be available for even the smallest things. They have a pool where you can relax and enjoy your evenings. A budget stay hotel with top class service.
