Spent 4days 4 nights. Amazing staff especially imran, salim and pritom. They were polite, helpful and had great networking skills (were resourceful enough to arrange stuff for us at best rates. The inhouse kitchen "curry leaf" was superb. Everything they cooked was really tasty (far better and cheaper than some of the other famous/reputed ones like "something different" and "anju coco. Everything was clean and hygienic, neat and tidy. Wake up, go to the beach! sleep after spending time listening to waves and watching the moonlight create a mile long path on the sea surface.

This is worst property. No proper electricity. Ac was not working. No one receiving calls at reception most of the time. No water in washroom. Too pricey compared to service thay provided. No network coverage no wi-fi in rooms. Worst experience i ever had

Worst food, room rate is high for its ambience, only thing is private is very accessible, but for that we can prefer other good hotels too. We planned our new year in havelock and stayed in this hotel there is nothing in this hotel for the night, even no bar is inside. No special things. They asked to go to any nearby hotel for the new year party. Moreever without any special ambience the room rate is too much. Food is worst to the core. They are providing only one dish for the breakfast, we had our kid also with us, we can't able to give that food to kids and all. Good things are room is good and clean.

Dear saran-ya g our resort has a very simple and calm ambience liked by many people, and thanks for identifying that we have private beach access. Of course there is no bar, but we will introduce it soon. We had all the equipment to org-anise a beach party that day and opinions were taken from all the inhouse guests including you and everyone needed their mean time with their family alone, so we avoided loud sounds and played beach side soft music where every guest has enjoyed moonlight with their own family. Regarding breakfast, we always have many food items for the buffet and are served at our restaurant. Even for kids we offer noodles on order but complimentary. Your statement on food is unacceptable by the property and still we will try to improve the quality of food. We will be in touch with you soon regarding the improvements made and we expect you and your family to visit us again. Thanks for appreciating our cleanliness! regards hebr
