coupleLocation : location is good. The resort is at a beach. Food: the breakfast buffet is not good. Very less options. No non veg options and no live counter. Amenities: very small swimming pool. Maintainance of property is also sub-par. No other amenities. The resort is not clean. Open drains on the road to beach. Beach is very dirty too. The adjacent properties clean their portion of beach but this resort owner does not care. Their beach is very dirty and they use that area for storing their waste. The sunbeds dont have cushions and the resort owner refused to provide them even after requesting. Overall this is the least clean property on that beach. Also, you cannot expect any food service near the beach if you dont take their candle light dinner package and the candle light dinner is also not private. They keep several tables near to each other.

familyRooms are good, way to beach was bad, severage water smell was thar due to overflow of toilet water, beach of hotel is not maintained and not cleaned by any hotel staff, bathrooms smell bad due to overflow of toilet water. Swimming pool is useless. Overall only good part is that rooms are ok avg hotel

We had a good stay at the hotel. It's proximity to vijaynagar beach is it's advantage. We could just walk up to the beach in morning to see sun rise. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

coupleThe place is located on vijaynagar beach near silver sands resort. The backside of the resort has access to the beach and is nice to walk during evening hours. The food is good and the service is nice. The rooms are cozy and has basic necessities available. The place is great for a budget stay in havelock and kalapathar beach is 3. 5 km away.

This property is described as a 'Resort' but believes me, it is not more than an average hotel. Stinking washroom, room size, and cleanliness made a total disaster experience. They only have a private beach, which they project as their major pro but it is worse than the private beach of the adjoining property. When you visit the beach and see the amenities of the adjoining property, believe me, u'll regret your selection. This hotel doesn't provide what they are charging. This property is not more than worthy of a night. So make your selection accordingly! The only thing for which a guest can fall in a trap is their candlelight dinner,
