Hotel rooms were average, staff service was very good, price was much higher compared to other properties. Overvalued.

Good location. Great ambiance and very friendly staff. Rooms are hygienic it h very good basic facilities. Restaurant ambiance is nice and food is good.

Rooms are so poor and there are lizards ,cockroaches in the room .With so much of amount for per day we got very shabby room .I can't recommend this property to anyone .Dim lights in the room ,internet is not working,room lock is broken ,no proper curtains (privacy issue),bathroom leakage,unclean room

Rooms - good breakfast - best dinner - ok, north indian not available value for money - not at all.

Awesome ambience in resource with great service and large spread of breakfast buffet. But this resort does not have private beach. Candlelit dinner can be arrranged in different resort nearby

Room is too costly as per room and service. Breakfast is not good. They serve only japanese food and i think they have to put more options in food.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-night stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the central location made it convenient to explore. The nearby cafes added to the overall experience, making it a worthwhile stay.

Raj, hotel manager made our stay very memorable. He took personal care on our requirements by giving his best. He also ensured our experience is all memorable. The staff is very cordial. Property is great and very relaxed after a fun filled day. Loved the interior of the room. Food is unique and very tasty.

One of the worst places I've ever stayed in. Few hours after we check in the in charge there Mr. Bhaskar says he has given us a higher variant room for experience which we never asked for, we weren't interested to shift so we assumed he was trying to ups-ell and asked to continue in the same room but he said the rooms are already booked so we have to shift, when we asked why he unnecessarily gave the room he said he likes to surprise his guests. That was the most sadistic approach. We had to pack our bags again and shift. The rooms that he gave us had smelly brown color water in the bathrooms. We were using drinking water to brush our teeth. After many complaints he sent someone to look into it which was in vain. We had to shift again, this time to a different resort. The food was bad, cleanliness was bad, they had no regard for their guest's comfort. During this follow up on refund mr. Bhaskar had the audacity to talk rudely with us.

I stayed there for 2 days , 15-17 March with my wife. The hotel (can’t be called a resort for sure) has everything that a hotel should not have. We were given room no. 1 , it was a rusty room with old appliances, rusted taps and showers, water purification system doesn’t work it seems. The AC of the room was not working and the temperature of the AC was fixed at 18 deg C, either you experience the 18 deg or you have the option to shut it down, we told about the issue to the room service but nothing was done till be checked out of the property, commode was dirty with yellowish patches. They charged us inr for 2 days but in the name of service the only thing that was there is Room cleaning nothing else, no intercom so you cannot ask for water too, there is no in-house restaurant for lunch or dinner, the property does not have access to private beach. It was the worst experience that we ever had , my suggestion is just pick up any hotel in that area it will be a much better and cheaper deal than Wild Orchid Please don’t visit this place

Although their restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner but complimentary breakfast was available and it was very well made with a lot of variety

Room was good. Washroom was good. Good bar area with low cost drinks.
